The Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement is an integrity measure to ensure that applicants are using the student visa program to gain a quality education.
This requirement involves the provision of a personal statement, referred to as a ‘GTE Statement’, which might include the following detail:
•Your circumstances in your home country and potential circumstances in Australia (social and economic)
• Value of the course to your future
• Your Immigration history
• Your education and employment history
• Your on-going ties to your home country
A completed GTE Statement will be provided within 3 working days from GTE EXPERTS receiving a completed GTE Application Form.
If your visa is refused, we will refund 100% of the service fee paid to GTE EXPERTS on completion of a Visa Refusal Form. We will respond to you within 24 hours of submitting this form, and a refund will be paid to you within 28 days.
The service fee will not be refunded in circumstances where the customer has not provided the correct necessary information on their visa application, or left blank spaces.
The service fee will not be refunded for any customers with any prior Australian Visa refusal.
We work with citizens / residents of all countries with the exception of India and Pakistan.
All Application Forms must be completed in English as this is required when your student visa is submitted to Department of Home Affairs for consideration. We suggest that you consult Google Translate for assistance in translating text from other languages if necessary.
Yes, we collaborate with various Universities and other education institutions, and can offer flexible prices on bulk orders from five GTE Statements per month. If you are a University or other education provider, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
